Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

In the same condition as you received it.

Certain items (such as personal care, herbal supplements, or consumables) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
