Warranty Program
All Dir Pure handmade knives come with a 5-year guarantee covering blade defects, handle issues, or any performance failures under normal use.
Please use our contact form to submit your receipt along with a clear photo and description of the issue. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.
We use trusted courier services like TCS, M&P, and Leopard Courier for fast and reliable nationwide delivery in Pakistan.
Free shipping applies only to original deliveries. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
You can easily order a gift card from our “Gift Card” page on the website – perfect for any occasion.
Only one coupon code can be used per order and is valid during active promotions only.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, if your item is unused and in original condition, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, issue details, and a photo. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Currently, Dir Pure products are available exclusively through our website. However, we are open to future retail partnerships.
Discount codes and promotional offers are generally limited to the initial purchase only. When processing an exchange, the original discount cannot be applied again. Should you have any questions or need further clarification about our pricing policies, please feel free to contact our support team.
Purchasing a gift card is simple and convenient. Visit our “Gift Card” page on the website, select the denomination you’d like to purchase, and complete the checkout process. The gift card can then be sent directly to you or emailed to your intended recipient—making it a perfect gift for any occasion.
At this time, Dir Pure operates exclusively through our online store and does not have a physical retail location for returns. All returns and exchanges must be managed via our online process. Once a return is initiated, our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item safely.
Shipping & Recent Orders
All orders are securely packaged and shipped through our trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.
Occasionally, the tracking system may show a status of “Delivery” when the package is still in transit due to processing delays in the carrier’s system. If your package does not arrive within 48 hours of this update, please contact our support team for further assistance.
Delivery times generally range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during weekends or public holidays.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This notification confirms that your order is on its way.
If your tracking number isn’t updating, it may be due to a temporary delay in the courier’s system. Please allow up to 48 hours for the information to update. Should the issue persist, please contact our support team for further help.
